Extensive Training
 Hands-on training is a key element in ensuring that our mission of providing the best quality food and restauraunt experience for all our guests is fulfilled. We place an emphasis on correct food preparation procedures, guest service initiatives, register operations, financial reporting and local store marketing in the five and a half weeks of training provided to you. The 30 day in-store training takes place in an operating Cousins Subs restaurant, giving you actual "day-to- day" experience. Seminars and quarterly meetings are held to provide on-going instruction.
